When you get up tomorrow, keep an eye on whether you have morning wood or not.
If you do, chances are that the cause of your current lack of wood is psychological or temporary.
If you don't, and find yourself waking up without morning wood more often, there might be an underlying physiological issue. Even then, however, the cause is more likely to be a cardiovascular one.
If you smoke, are overweight or don't get much exercise, this might be a good early warning to change your lifestyle a bit.
