wow just saw this thread. I have posted this a long time ago...I thought it was buried once forever!
My issue has been resolved few day after my thread ... and you can see the mascot he created for me at hornetcash.com (or my avatar).
He told me at that time, he will stop making design and mascot anyway, moving on.
He was - i should say THEY since his girlfriend was working with him - very talented.
