I've received a check with some hand written corrections on it and it was returned by my bank. I'm not sure who issued it.

There's a company name on the check: ICS Entertainment, Inc
and Playboy Entertainment Group, Inc - on the envelope.

Where can I check out my stats (URL) and get the contact to ask for a new check?
