Firstly, a surfer doesnt keep reading the same thing everytime he comes along, so either someone is having a laugh with you or he has read it once and is saying "everytime".
I think for this load of text to be wrote on the website is not needed and could be removed. Less is more.
"Nothing is free, and I can attest that my monthly hosting, design and time is not free". Your shooting yourself in the foot. Tubes are free, previews are free and there is lots of other free content now. You do not need to write all this text on your site.
