Oj fucked it up for everybody in Ca. If cops come and it is apparent that the couple were fighting somebody has to go to jail. No exceptions.
Not only has it happened to friends of mine, my cop friends in BJJ would tell me how they took people in that did not deserve o be taken in.
If a woman starts a fight with you just leave!!! If your girl is fighting with you and you are not fighting back leave!! If your girl is fighting with you and she calls the cops or you feel the cops were called by somebody, leave!!!
If any of the above is your situation and even if you think you are smart enough to talk your way out of the situation or you were not fighting back, leave!! This is the very best advice i can give.
If you left the situation and the cops do show up and you did not hit your girl you will be fine. Nobody will go to jail.
