I like the idea, but asking for content, a recip link and payment is too much!
It's a great concept and I think it would really fly if you got rid of the recip link and made all posts paid posts. Right now your network has very little PR on even the main pages so posts page will really see no benefit. If you spend time & money boosting the networks PR you will be able to charge for every posts and have others build your content daily.
