Not like its anything new but I am not like most people. I went on diet BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS and have actually LLOST WEIGHT during XMAS! Im not fat though, I only weigh like 155 LOL
i didnt eat any cuipcakes or sweets this season and just stayed in control and focused my willpower.
I havent been eating after 6-7ish pm either, you cut the pounds doing this!
I wanted to look as good as I could in the pictures this year so I started eating better than I normally do and even working out a bit. It paid off, I got nothing but compliments on "how good I looked" some family I hadnt seen in years.
