you dont need a diet but you do need to:
- eat every 2-3 hrs
- eat veggies, fruit and lean protein with every feeding (whole food)
- eat other carbs only after workout (chocolate)
- drink at least 1 cup of water wit hevery feeding
- don't drink anything w/ more than 0 cal.
and no its not easier said then done.
