epassporte's message about holiday closures is a little vague:
"Dear ePassporte Business Account Holder,
Please be advised of the following bank holidays, which may cause delays with wire loads and disbursement requests:
Thursday, December 24th, 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 23rd, may not be completely processed until Monday, January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.
Friday, December 25th, 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 23rd, may not be completely processed until Monday, January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.
Thursday, December 31st., 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 30th, will be processed on January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.
Friday, January 1st., 2010 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 30th, will be processed on January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.

It looks to me that any wires received after 2pm on 23rd (including normal banking days such as 28/29/30/31 will not be credited to accounts before 4th January 2010?
