Respectfully disagree Mark. The CCBill rep mentioned it's a known issue that affects more than just his account. We don't all religuously look through our CCBill stats as a matter of course, depending on your business model, and so this is a good heads up. I know I don't want to mysteriously lose $1000, and without him mentioning it, I might not notice.
If your bank had an issue where people were mysteriously losing thousands of dollars from their account, wouldn't you want to know about it? Or is protecting the bank's reputation more important?
Corvette, do I have to manually look for $500+ chargebacks or is CCBill going to pro-actively run some reports, find all these discrepancies and deal with them on a case by case basis? Paul mentioned it was isolated, but the other rep said it was a known issue. Which is it?
I also love CCBill, they're clearly one of the best companies in the adult business.
