I have some pretty excellent willpower actually
I vowed to eat healthier and watch my diet-It worked.
I didn't go on some ridiculous extremist diet-I just started making healthier choices and limiting my carbs/sugar. If don't keep junk food in my house-If I want something I walk to the corner store and buy ONE piece or ONE single serving of ice cream. Ya-it's expensive, but do I REALLY want a HUGE box of cookies at home? No I don't.
I never really had a lot of weight to loose (just a few pounds), but I look and feel amazing....
