When I decided to make the change, I looked at my history. I have gained and lost 100's pounds in my life. I decided a few things, fitness had to become a habit and be a realistic plan I could do for the rest of my life. I do 15 minutes of kettlebell training a day working up to 30 mins a day 6 days a week.
I had to cut out foods that were triggers for me like ice cream, heavy starches and they could never go into my mouth again. No matter how good I looked in the end, Im not a normal person and couldn't eat those things again. Healthy had to taste better.
I cut out anything processed except my protein powder I use in morning.
I drink between 140 oz to 170 oz of water a day.
I take supplements to keep my blood sugar stable and I dont crave anything.
I also deal with my emotions differently dont hold it in and eat on it later.
I take it one day at a time, I feel so good now I cant imagine how I will feel at 200 lbs.
