Nope from what I understand they really do have an IRS agent there on site. At least they use to. They also get hit with the full tax rate. Likely paid out 39% of total before he walked. In most cases they will give a cash value on the cars and such and it's deducted from that since most people don't have the money to be writing checks like that. I think I did hear something about them cutting this out and allowing them to file it on their income taxes though.
