My wife made some of that the other day, she can do a lot of the hot japanese food...but anything sushi...we just order it. We usually go to
Mitsuwa Marketplace in NJ and stock up, I been to the one in Torrence, CA also.
Here is my dads lobsters, from 2006...notice also baked and stuffed with king crab and seasoned bread crumbs. He said lobsters is too expensive these days...cause he knows we just eat a lot of food.
