Ah, maybe that page is on nats.islanddollars.com which causes the redirect login. If it keeps hitting you with the captcha after the first time use the login in the upper right to get in.

Advanced Ad Tools > Geo-ip & Custom Fansigns > Model Name > Custom > Sign #
Type in your custom message and it will show on the sign
If you want to put on your own font and text you can use these, or change the # in the photo url (for example /Solo/1/ ) to any number from 1 to 10 to see the different signs.
