), I try to eat mostly meat with little carbs/fat, like chicken. Beans and vegetables... Fish... Stay away from potatoes and white bread. Eat often, 5-6 times a day. Breakfast, luch and dinner. Fruits inbetween. NO DINNER AFTER 6AM. Drink tea and water. Excercise! No just walking... you got to sweat and get your heart pumping... Sex is good excercise ;)
