Good solid info JC. Amen brotha. Agree on not eating processed foods. I prepare all my own stuff from scratch usually beef oriented (i know I know) and also some baked chick breasts. Point is, if I eat any processed foods, I well, frankly I would be sleeping instead of jousting with you young bucks.
How do you feel on dairy? Say maybe 3 oz cheese/day on ave figuring in what is on a pizza once in a while say twice a week.
My weeknesses. Sweets. and Cheese. Esp late.
Also Albacore tuna is great!
