Also corn chips. Perfect food but for example... We have Old Dutch out of Saint Paul, MN up here. Great corn chip. First to really put out a chip with three ingredients (yes ahead of Frito Lay) Corn, oil (usually canola or a healthy one) and salt.

Very healthy if you dont eat too many. But corn has been known to be quite fattening. They fatten livestock with corn any good farm boy will tell ya. Anyhow I am thinking corn chips may be the hidden link keeping me from 210 again.

Everything in moderation is best but some foods even if you try to eat "only a little" can be more prone to holding you back. (all breads, corn chips, chocolate, candy in all its forms)
