Not true dave...
With our setup. If the girl invests in a nice phone for quality sound and durability they usually keep it. We have bought phones for girls in the past. We did not ask for them back in those particular situations.
I would see though if a girl was impossible to deal with I see maybe asking for it back or agreeing on a compensation with the last check to keep them. But I dont think I/we would have invested in said equipment for this girl if she was impossible to begin with.
I cant speak for other operations though...
On the payment thing... No girl gets money up front. They have to serve the time to be paid for the time. As a phone sex company we split everything. 50/50 The girl simply has to be on the phone when called. We supply the sites, adverts, bought links, content, etc etc. We do however tell our girls that the more they give forth such as yahoo chat or top list voting or whatever, all helps the calls come in.
