Looking good. But the spacing still needs a little attention.
If you apply the below to your CSS, you should see 5px padding on images within the div element 'postcontent'.
Something like, "div.post-content img {padding:5px !Important;}"
Apply it to style.css and you'll see it looks much neater ;-)
