Sounds like a nosy save-a-ho using semi-legal speak to cause a raucous.

1) If you were infringing on Subway's or the Chronicle Journal's trademarks, then they/their legal team would contact you directly.

2) If you have signed model release forms and full 2257 information, then I wouldn't worry about the accusations of duress until you're contacted by the attorneys that the models have hired/will hire.

3) Not sure about that copyright nonsense, maybe someone like Pornlaw can jump in here and address this and the previous issues. But since a trend is forming here, I call bullshit.

Bottom line, if this is just a little jab from some community-oriented zilch, then he can go fuck himself. Once you get correspondences from actual attorneys, then I'd be concerned. Don't give him any information about yourself as he could be fishing for information. Pending expert advice from someone knowledgeable in law, I'd ignore him.
