3) Is not true..I have had mine for over 2 yrs...delivered to Canada and works fine ....
Note : For some strange reason make sure you have a balance set up in US$ though as it doesnt work if you have your paypal balance in Canadian dollars....the easy solution is to have both types of currency in your account.
