Take homicide as an example in the US.

Between 1974 and 2004, 52.1% of murderers were Black, 45.9% were White, and 2% were Other Races. Black people only make up around 13% of the population, yet are responsible for 52% of all murder. White people make up around 65% of the population.

These figures are from the Department of Justice.

Sure, you can rightfully blame it on poverty levels being the cause of higher crime, but can poverty levels still be blamed on whitey at this stage?
