back in the days i use to bowl for my highschool i did a few 290+ during the whole 4 yrs of school. never a 300
my 4 yr highschool average was 202
now 15 yrs later, currently in my leauge i am averaging 178 (definitely has to do with my bad finger that keeps getting worse through the years of bowling) oh well!
