It's a great time if you have some cash. The strippers are experiencing $200 nights and are appreciative of what you can give them. If you drop $300 in the club you're now a high roller. Before the recession, you had to drop $1000 before anyone cared about you.

As for the hookers, there are quite a few hot ones charging $200/hour. If you see the $100 special, expect an upsell.
