I know US webmasters are little bit scared of such content/sites, but ask yourself what you lose if you give it a try? This is the only way to find out if it sells or no. Try breaking stereotypes and discover something new.

BTW, we used to promote one of our teen amateur sites on mainstream exit traffic bought from the major and it showed magnificent results.
