as I said, youths in many countries have many different ways of blowing off steam - in france, it's burning cars. And they choose the oldest crappest cars to burn fwiw.
The youth here are very pissed off at Sarko/govt because uneployment is still rising amongst the youth and he promised the world etc etc.
France is a VERY different world from Vancouver, and just cos there is some violence, doesn't mean it's bad.

How many of those rioters are given shelter and monthly paycheques to sit around and produce fatherless children?
