Or go seek professional banking help. They will tell you to put up a Ltd in England (regardless of where in the EU you live) because of the great Brittish corporate laws and the free establishing right now effective all accross the EU. Basically, if you have a mothercompany based in England, you have free right to establish a sub-division of that company in any other EU country. Even if the mother company is only a PO box and has no real business. So the mother company acts as your entrance ticket, and as long as your sub division company only do it's business in your current country and files it's taxes there, you will be ok.

In the EU the bank can report to any revenue agency deposits in to your personal bank account over 1000 euro.
Just registrar a off-shore company with a bank account which gives you ATM card and you good.
