My problem has always been sourcing the content. I've written to many content producers to ask if their content is licensed for clips store use and every single time I've been told that it isnt. I dont know maybe I'm just looking at the wrong places.
Could you suggest any content providers where sale via clips stores is included in the license? BTW I know you have some foot content for sale, but that's not really a niche I want to get into.

That is something that can vary from producers. Some simply do not want to be competition against you with their own clip stores in case you are marketing them better.
I have found that it typically is more of the higher end producers who have those concerns and do not allow clip store use. However, I have seen many loosing up their license because of the economy, and needs of buyers.
There are many providers out there, my only recommendation is you keep shopping. This is why licenses and what is allowed become very important that you check on before you do business. Some are very rigid in what they allow.
Some items of interest in licensing.
-Tube Site Use
-Clip Store Use
-VOD use
-Expiration or renewal of license
-Limited use for affiliates
-Promo use
-Limited by url/number of sites
Those are off the top of my head. However, as I mentioned. Some of the smaller production companies are going to be a little more flexible with their licenses and uses then some of the bigger ones.
If you can get a TON of content like mine, or similar, out there in bulk. You will be sitting pretty, and can easily break even in a few months time if not sooner depending on how aggressive you are.
However not every niche is for everyone.
