While the sales have always gone up and down, it didn't go down in the 90's and it didn't go down in the 00's.. consistent growth year over year normally doesn't happen but overall growth has, which continues today. The industry GREW in the 90's... with the Internet and Piracy.
Even if we use this graph (
movie ticket sales), you couldn't never say movies declined in the 90's, 1994 Piracy on the Internet for Movies wasn't an issue...
If anything the charts show that as Internet and Piracy took the hell off, the Movie industry got a very much needed shot in the arm... in the 00's...looking at the
broadband Internet and
Internet Piracy Talk we can easily start to put them together and see the growth relationship.
Anyway... what I don't get is you're not in this business - so wtf are you doing here? I doubt you actually make any money online at all, but you want to pretend that you have the knowledge and experience to preach to us here that do? Please....
