Basically, I wish to resell content in a different video format that is designed for a specific mobile device. Most content providers I've seen don't allow for this kind of modification of content, so I'm looking for some that do. I know that some providers already sell mobile content, but the device I'm targeting currently has no real market, so I'm looking to create it.
