I just think its different story. I know you guys are always quick to bash the designer, but its not always the right thing. As someone who has dealt with countless clients from designer perspective, youd be surprised at how often its the client who misses the deadline (or causes project to go over) and alters code after designer hands it over and messes it up.
Using those two specific things to lay blame on the designer, to me, seems a bit quick.
because, if they werent satisfied and missed November deadline, they couldve had it redesigned and uploaded by jnow, you cant blame designer. In the end, if the client hasnt gotten the site up beore their deadline, it is not the designers fault if he delivered the goods in Nov and they still got broken images in January, that is 100% fault of site owner if its not live and up. That layout would take about 3 hours LOL
