Using those two specific things to lay blame on the designer, to me, seems a bit quick.
because, if they werent satisfied and missed November deadline, they couldve had it redesigned and uploaded by jnow, you cant blame designer. In the end, if the client hasnt gotten the site up beore their deadline, it is not the designers fault if he delivered the goods in Nov and they still got broken images in January, that is 100% fault of site owner if its not live and up.

nah I been working with designers too long, this is a junk designer dealing with a client who doesnt know better and can be bullshitted or she would of seen that his work is very 1998 style.
are there cases where the client is busy changing and doesnt reply timely etc yeah but in this case she mostlikley gave him photos and info and he has no clue whats up, check the join page i mean come on.
there is no questions hes no good, is she no good wither well maybe yes maybe no but hes def. not good
