Both are the similar thoughts with the same answer from myself & Natalie. Why ban someone when they are paying you for a simple email reply.
We have members that we cam for, included in membership. Sometimes we only have 3 or 4 members online at say midday on a monday and 50viewing on a friday night. We are still keeping our members happy. Get your pay for a 1minute email
