Well I tried to do the right thing and read the entire thread before posting, so I scrolled down all of page 3 and didn't see anything about Smokie..so I gave up..sorry if I repeat anything here..
I feel for you girl, I know how much time and effort it takes to get ready for a shoot! a week before I start tanning, you have to get your nails done the day before, packing your bags with all the right outfits and toys, make sure your hair has been done in the last 2-3 weeks, for me I have to find a dogsitter, getting your makeup and hair just right the day of the shoot.. to sit around for NOTHING, not even a KILL FEE? What did they say to you when they basically told you "Sorry you sat here for nothing all day, go home now" were they at least apologetic? (not that it matters WHAT they said, the right thing would of been to pay a kill fee, your time is just as valuable as theirs!!)
And I'm sure you had better things to do that day. How unprofessional. Maybe it's better you didn't get shot so you have no involvement, except for this thread, with such a crappy company that treats it's models like shit! I'll def never shoot with them after reading this.
