I submitted the problem by email, as did Christian, but I didn't hear anything back. Hope it got rectified.

Merging accounts though is long overdue and fully commended - makes my lifge easier! nice work.
Thanks The existing CRM is about 5 years old now and has been patched along as we went. We've been overdue for a new system for a while.

Only the master account will have any privileges for a client at the start. Nothing to rectify. Not sure who you sent an email to. I haven't received anything. If you sent it to someone else please forward it to me. The communication went out after 6 on a Friday, so if you sent it to someone specifically they most likely haven't checked their email since you sent it. This is why we do all support via the ticket system. Any of our staff can then see it

edit: make that 6 years... time flies.
