Hardly! You can still see texture and tone in her skin, and the light is just enough to grab the highlights yet still keep the deeper tones in.

That said ... if you're comparing this to amateur, you're looking at it wrong for a start. This is glamour work and is a supremely good example of what you should be looking for!
