ok so in epass it says "To qualify for an ePassporte Select Account, you must be an Account Holder for at least four months and have at least two verified load mechanisms on your Account. Verified load mechanisms include bank issued credit/debit cards and US checking accounts. A pre-paid credit card is not considered a verified load mechanism."

so how do Canadians increase limit? it says epass needs US checking account, do I have to open US account in my bank or ONLY people from USA with US account can increase limit?
