I've already put in a request to ePassporte to confirm that the issue you had (closing your account and thus having the payments we sent "Erroring out". I'm still waiting for a reply from them. You can understand why this can take some time. Going over every transaction over the last 2 years (that's when you said you closed your account) takes some time. I haven't received any emails from recently. I can assure you that this is in the process of being taken care of.
