The first request I see is to LL on ICQ on Jan 11th, thats hardly two weeks ago. You told LL that you emailed before 12/31/2009, but frankly, we have no record of that email. However we'll make an exception and you can claim your GBP's, you just need to verify your epassporte account with LL.
