Except the part about putting people on ignore and all that. When you've prioritized properly, it never even gets to that stage, because it just doesn't matter. I would say, don't even waste time going through the motions of putting someone on "ignore", because it validates their action, and in the back of your mind will quietly eat at you and disrupt what could otherwise be productive time.

true.... ignore helps for those of us who aren't all the way there yet. A good middle ground to help us get to where we can just ignore them in our minds and don't have to go do it manually.
