The size of the company should not matter, though you can count on the "biggest" programs having the most saturated content, which may actually lead to less sales.

As an affiliate, I make the most money with small micro niche sites that most of you don't know about. Don't underestimate small, amateur sites, as they usually know their niche better than most.
