I bet they have a TOS which deals with that, dont worry. It happened years ago also with "free" internet and "unlimited" bandwidth. Until some people started to setup some nasty p2p networks and it was all over within a week.
Still, even if your limits would near quickly, you would expect an automated messages saying so. It should not matter how fast you are nearing it or not. There is obviously something wrong if you didnt get a message.
First you could send a ticket number, then he shits all over you in public and now all the sudden you can deal with it privately so your business can "grow". This smells bad, I think you should run like hell. And let's be honest, there are many more "unlimited" hosting providers for a decent price.
