That rule applies to American women but for places where women are still women it does not apply. So yes, if you are dating an American women the best way to make her crazy for you is to act like you do not give a fuck about her. Seriously you should try it. Just make sure to stand her up from time to time. Do not answer her calls. Make her call/text you 3 or 4 times before you reply, etc etc. Works almost every time
