No. Easy. All the right reasons have been said already. The guys going with her, if she's hot, always want to fuck her no matter how good of a friend they are. Second is opportunity brings trouble. She might never ever cheat you, or even think of that in normal situations. People tend to do stupid shit if circumstances present itself. Lastly, she should never want to go without you anyway.
People negotiating the "omfg, if you can't trust her dump her" really have it all twisted. It has nothing to do with trust.
