When I first started promoting the site last month there was nothing that looked questionable on the tour, but then the site was still being completed. Liedson328 has been a good trade and affiliate for quite a while and has never to my knowledge had watermarked or wanted underage content on his sites. I don't cross promote the site from my paysites btw, but from my traffic network.
This isn't much different than promoting girlfriend sites, which with the exception of yours and maybe 1-2 others (most the ones that claim their content is legit are lying).
