Considering there's a $300 GDP (PPP) per capita advantage to living in Senegal, if I were Haitian and lost all my stuff in the earthquake, I'd consider it. The Senegalese president also pointed out that whatever land that will be distributed will be in the arable region of the country--Senegal has many desert areas.
