Use your head. Why would Senegal give Haitians land and not anyone else, especially people on their own continent who have also been given a bad hand? It doesn't make sense. Secondly, Senegal is a civilized African nation. Why dirty it up with dirt poor, no education, no skill, Haitians? (In case you're dumb as the Senegalese, all that means I'm serious)
