I remember him the way you describe it. I didn't work in the TGP part of the business though... I was an SEO/Link-List/Free-Site guy so TGP didn't matter too much to me. But I didn't care for his arrogance. He did, however, make the board more interesting.
Scott, if you're reading this, I feel for you know, and I don't have any disdain for you anymore because I think you've grown quite a bit. And on a personal level, I feel like I can relate because I know what it's like to be at the top, and then to have it all crumble around you. (Which by the way when this happens, you lay low, work hard, and build yourself back up. It took me a couple years but I'm quite happy and successful again, and my future looks better than ever [seriously]).
The problem now that I have you with, and that so many well-intentioned people do, is that you just aren't listening to or using their help. You ask for suggestions, people give them to you, then you don't use them. It's an insult. I made a simple suggestion about correcting a glaring grammar error on your index page that would take less than 5 minutes to fix, and you didn't do it. It's still there. An eyesore to someone like me who notices bad grammar. And then I addressed you directly in a thread, saying something like how I had a unique idea to promote your site, and I was ready to give it some effort if you would only email me and answer a couple questions, and you didn't get in touch. Maybe you didn't see my comment in your thread, but with as much as time as you spent on this board promoting yessignals, I'm surprised you didn't email me. You certainly gave off the impression you wanted affiliates.
Anyways good luck. I hope you can laugh at some of the humor people are poking fun at you with. You have to admit some of it IS pretty funny!
