They're surprisingly easy to work with - just register there and PM admin to add your sites to their no upload list, that will be done quickly. After your sites were added, you can report posts using "Report to moderator (dead link) OR copyright infringement in accordance with DMCA" link under each post, they remove it withing several minutes.
But most important is that they give so called "karma" (that's some form of forum reputation) to those users who report blacklisted content/sites, and that works very well. After our sites were added to the blacklist most of the posts containing our stuff dissappeared withing a couple of months, almost without our help, all done by users.
They also have promotional section were you can post several of your approved videos and a link back to your site(s) - I'm going to try it soon.
